4. Moisten the inner hole of machine seal with liquid.

5. The high temperature horizontal multistage centrifugal pump should be heated first, and the heating rate is 50 ℃ per hour.

1. Open the inlet gate valve and close the outlet gate valve.

2. Start the machine and check whether the centrifugal pump is operating properly.

3. Adjust the opening of the inlet and outlet valves according to the required working conditions to ensure that the motor operates within the rated voltage, otherwise the pump will be overloaded and the motor will be burned.

4. Check the leakage condition of the water pump seal, and the leakage should be less than 3 drops / min at all normal times.

5. Check the motor, the temperature of rolling bearing should be lower than 70 ℃.

1. High temperature multi-stage centrifugal pump should be desuperheated first, the desuperheating rate should be lower than 10 ℃ / min, and the temperature should be reduced to below 80 ℃.

2. Close the outlet and inlet gate valve.

3. Terminate the motor.

4. Close the suction gate valve.

5. If the centrifugal pump is not used for a long time, the liquid in the centrifugal pump should be drained clean.
