How to replace the diaphragm of metering pump?
1. Take out the four screws that fix the water pump impeller. The screw part is on the reverse side of the metering pump.
2. After the pump impeller is loose, adjust the length of the four stroke to 0% before removing the pump impeller. It can ensure that the magnetic induction shaft has sufficient working pressure to maintain its firm connection, so that the diaphragm can be unscrewed.
3. Pull the hydraulic transmission end outward to release the screw from the socket. Hold the liquid end and turn in the opposite direction. With a little friction, the diaphragm can be unscrewed.
4. Once the diaphragm is taken out, check the safety diaphragm of the metering pump to ensure that it is intact without any damage. Install a new diaphragm and turn the side plate and diaphragm clockwise until they are tight. Adjust the side plate so that the drain hole is located at the bottom of the pump.
5. Install the water pump impeller after the diaphragm installation is completed and the side plate liquid leakage discharge hole is placed in the vertical position. Ensure that the suction valve is aligned with both ends of the drain hole, and the screw of the hydraulic transmission end is aligned with both ends of the four opposite holes.
6. Turn to 100% of the length of the four stroke. In this way, the whole set of components can be rotated until the side plate liquid leakage discharge hole is aligned with the lower two ends of the pump. During the whole operation of the pump, adjust the hydraulic transmission end and diaphragm to the suitable parts.
7. After the hydraulic transmission end is connected with the side plate, the four anchor bolts shall be tightened by the top angle method until it is suitable for the cut-off. In this work, the force should be balanced.
Loosen the screws of 4 water pump impellers and move the hydraulic transmission end. Turn the four stroke length to 0% and hold the hydraulic transmission end, then slide down from the screw hole, so that the screw does not touch them, but still controls the side plate and diaphragm. Then rotate the component in the opposite direction, with a little friction resistance, the diaphragm will loose from the magnetic induction shaft. If the diaphragm is not loose, use some grease on the contact surface of the diaphragm and magnetic induction shaft. After a few minutes, gently tap the diaphragm with a plastic hammer. Then it is carried out again according to the above description.
When the self-priming method is used to measure and verify hydrogen peroxide, cavitation will occur in the system software. How to solve this problem?
The metering pump is installed with self exhaust pipe and pump impeller, and self filling suction pipe is selected. Keep the suction line as short as possible.
Do not measure and verify the liquid medicine after the installation and operation of the metering pump?
1. Is the metabolic tube installed and the metabolic valve closed? The metabolic valve must be opened in the liquid drawing link of the metering pump. Note: not all metering pumps have metabolic valves.
2. There is likely to be steam leakage at the suction end of the metering pump. It is very likely that there is no O-ring on the suction side of the hydraulic transmission end or the suction valve is loose.
3. The bottom valve of metering pump is likely to be blocked, and the liquid medicine for metering verification can not be used according to the requirements.
4. The four stroke length of metering pump is not suitable.
5. The chemicals of metrological verification are likely to crystallize at the hydraulic transmission end, which will cause the valve ball and high-pressure gate valve of this product not to work normally.
